Mathematical Model for the Temperature Distribution on The Surface of Two Aluminum Alloys Welded by Friction Stir Welding

The aim of this study was to predict the temperatures on all surfaces three-dimensional models using ANSYS 15.0 program. Firstly, from welding centre edges two aluminium alloys (AA-7075 & AA-2024) welded by friction stir process were perceived. Secondly, distribution start its end and derivation equations with time spent in process, along distance observed at different travel speeds cart (TS = 20, 40, 60, 100 mm/sec) tool (TRS=900, 1050, 1200 rpm). results indicate that temperature increases increase rotational speed tool, while decreases cart. Another result is not symmetrical. highest values are decrease significantly as moved away, can be reached between (75 – 80%) melting point together. It also found twenty seconds after beginning and, afterwards, small, three derived distribution.
